IFR Development (IFR) was formed as a Limited Liability Corporation under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania
in January of 2003. The company is comprised of seasoned professionals employed in several fields, who
have a common interest in the formation, development, and profitable conversion of seed stage concepts and organizations,
as well as the development of the infrastructure required to support these activities.
We designed our logo
to convey our intent to add speed, direction and control to our customer's organization. We have found that our
