William F. Trussell, COO   Mr. Trussell is responsible for the operational elements of IFR and each project activity.  He is an experienced technical and administrative manager in several technology fields, a strong profit and loss results leader, a proficient program manager, and strategic planner. He has provided strong results in new business development, vendor and customer contract negotiations, and organizational development activities, specializing in turning internal and external customer requirements into profitable solutions.  Mr. Trussell earned a BS. from Purdue University.
	Peter Y. Bryan, CTO   Mr. Bryan is responsible for the evaluation of client IT infrastructure requirements, and the development of strategic plans to meet organizational needs throughout the entire development lifecycle.  Mr. Bryan has broad University, Government, and Industry experience, and has been involved in numerous collaborative programs between these groups.  He earned a BS. In Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, and is completing his MS., Management of Technology at Lehigh University.
